RETURNS & REFUNDS

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us and include a photo of the item and packaging. All orders are insured, and we will manage the process with the carrier directly. Once verified, a replacement will be sent promptly.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we are happy to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

PREFERENCE-BASED RETURNS
If an item is not the right fit for you, we offer store credit exchanges on unused, unopened products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Products purchased at a promotional or discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Subtle variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and reflect the integrity of our process.
